Although we believe you’ll love your AFGT apparel, we want to ensure it, as much as reasonably possible. We share the measurements of our apparel to help you make the best decision when ordering and we’re happy to answer any questions you have before you make your purchase because ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery date to firstname.lastname@example.org. When reporting damage, please provide us with the following information: Order #, item(s) that are damaged, and a photo of damage. Without an order number, we cannot properly process your damage report. Please note, we do not give refunds. We will replace the damaged shirt with a new shirt. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. Once damage has been reported and accepted via email, we will give you the address to return the item.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. Then, the postal mail time allotted for your package.
All items are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges will be applied to ship your order out again.
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it, you can do the following… 1. Check with your neighbors and family to make sure they did not receive your package by accident. 2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number to let them know you never received your package. 3. If you still have not found your package, file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Please note there could be delays due to weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.
Once an item has shipped, shipping fees are never refunded.
When we release new stock, due to the high demand please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received you order after 12 days please email email@example.com with your name & order # and we will look into your order promptly.
